iRig Stream No power issue

Any help would be great. I have a brand new iRig Stream, and am having quiet a bit of trouble with getting this thing to do anything. I was able to get it to power on for about 2 minutes, before I attempted to leave the iOS camera app (i was using it to test with), and open TikTok to go live. Upon doing so, I can now now longer get ANY power to the iRig Stream via my iPhone 16 Pro Max, my backup iPhone 13, my iPad 10th Gen, or my wife's iPhone 16 Pro Max. When plugging the iRig into my windows PC, and Mac Book Air via the USB-A cable provided, I also get no power.

iRig Firmware update does not detect that the device is plugged in either.

Do I basically just have a $120 USD paperweight? Any troubleshooting tips would be great.

I have! Just figured id ask the forums in the mean time to see if there is anything that might solve it
