iRig Stream not compatible with iPhone 16

Hi, I bought an iRig stream for TikTok live DJing.
I tried to connect it to my iPhone 16 Pro with USB-C, but it is not getting any sound, and my phone recognizes iRig Stream as a headphone accessory.
I've tried to connect with USB-A using a USB-A to USB-C adapter, but I still have the same issue.
Does anyone have the same problem or know how to solve this issue?

Also, I'm not sure if it is because of this, but the signal is low. I connected it to my DJ controller using RCA cable.

I have the same issue. And the same phone.

Tried to update the iRig Stream firmware via connecting it to my MacBook, but the installation failed every single time. Very annoying, as it renders the iRig stream I just bought completely useless. Hoping for some miraculous workaround. Or better yet, a firmware update that actually works.
