Cannot use Tonex software with a used Tonex One

Hi everyone, I need help with my Tonex One. I bought a used Tonex One but can't use it with the Tonex Software because the unit has no serial number. Is it possible to register the pedal so I can get full use of what the pedal can do? Are there any other workarounds?

The seller should have used the transfer process in their IK User Area which is free and would send them an email with three serials to give to you, the buyer: TONEX ONE, TONEX SE, AmpliTube 5 SE. If they could do that, it would be the easiest way to get you up and running.
