After upgrading to TRACK 6 MAX; I can't open individual plug

I can load TRACKS 6 in cubase 14, but when I I try to open an individual plugin."This module has not been activated Do you want to enter the custom shop, to try or perchase.I have not heard from support.

I did open custom shop and hit Restore my purchases and still can't use the individual plugins.

Did you open IK Product Manager and make sure T-RackS 6 MAX is authorized? And even if so, you can un-authorize and then re-authorize which can help.

Thank Peter. If I load the TRACKS 6 plugin, All modules are unlocked.When I open an individual
plugin. This module has not been activated Do you want to enter the custom shop, to try or perchase

If you'd done as I suggested and it still doesn't work then you'd need to open a ticket with IK Support for direct assistance via https://www.ikmultimedia.com/contact-support/sw

Thanks again. I un authorized T6 Then authorized.Still the same issue.I opened a support ticket yesterday.I notice that the tape machines are tr5 max plugins.I will un authorize T5 then re authorize.

Mismo problema. Se bloquea con algunos presets. Ya pedí ayuda al soporte técnico.
