Total Studio 4 MAX/Tonex MAX

Hi,

I'm new to IK products but recently got hold of Amplitube 5 MAX v2 and TONEX MAX which are great.

I noticed that both of these are included in Total Studio 4 MAX so I asked if I could maybe switch out for that seeing as I hadn't noticed previously. The person who responded was very positive that I could do this by cancelling the previous order and then placing another.

However I just got a response from (presumably another) rep saying and I quote: "TONEX MAX is not included in the Total Studio 4 MAX." ... yet everything I have seen on the IK website says that it is? Am I losing here, I feel like I'm taking crazy pills

That is wrong. What was the ticket number on that statement? TONEX MAX is in Total Studio 4 MAX.

Just wanted to note in case anyone should find their way into this thread that everything was sorted with support, no problems. Seems so often that we only write when things go wrong so credit where it's due!

Thank you. I know people do make mistakes, but sorry it impacted your wait to get this resolved. Nobody was hurt or fired in the teaching moment of this ticket though
