Irig stream looses signal after 40 mins.

Greetings,

Can someone help me. I bought a irig stream last year March. I used it for the first time this weekend and it just loses signal and it won't find it again.

I am using a Samsung S23. I stupidly did not registere the product, but I still have proof of purchase.

Would it need a firmware update or something?

Help help please.TIA
