SampleTank 4 not saving MIDI Mapping

I am running SampleTank 4 Max on a Mac. All is working perfectly except it won't remember MIDI mapping.

I open the mixer and hover over the master out fader, rt click and select MIDI LEARN. Then I jiggle the volume slider on my MIDI controller (Hammer88) and it maps perfectly.

When I close out of sample tank and go back in it never remembers the mapping and I have to repeat the process. What am I missing to make Sampletank remember the mapping??

I think that the mapping is only saved when you save a Multi.

I hope that isn't true but am worried it might be.

Makes no sense that every single time I open ST to play I need to remap.

Should be a global setting somewhere to save
