Sample Tank high CPU load with instrument suspended

i noted that several ST4 instruments (Yamaha C7, CP70, etc.) give a high CPU time load up to 50% without that there is a midi connection to the instrument, it is just loaded to use in another state of the song. Is this normal behaviour or is their something to do about it?

Can you post your CPU specs.

I run with Cantabile v4 on a HP elitedesk mini,
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8700 CPU @ 3.20GHz, 3192 Mhz, 6 Core(s), 12 Logical Processor(s)

Anyway a high CPU usage without playing the instrument does not seem ok
