Irig hd x - no sound from headphones

I’m getting no sound from the headphones connected to my irig hd x directly.
I have followed all the instructions as stated here:

None fixed the issue.
This is becoming absolutely frustrating as I’ve paid top dollar for this device and such a basic function is not working.

Could anyone have any suggestions how can this be fixed?

Irig is connected to my iPad. I get processed sound coming from iPad speaker but not from the headphones. Feel free to ask if you need any additional information. Again, I already have tried ALL the suggestions in the link above.

I have the exact same issue. It works fine on my mac, or an older lighting port iOS device, but not on iPhone 16/iPad Pro using the Type C connection. So far nothing has worked.

After trying everything, and searching all over the internet for an answer, it was just a case of maxing out the iPad volume. For some weird reason, this interface only kicks in monitoring at 9/10 and 10/10 on the iPad volume.

IK should update their FAQ to ensure people max out iOS volume level. It’s not a linear kicking in of the audio either. It’s either on or off between volume 8/10 - 10/10
