Unable to change my email address

When I try to change my email address, it asks for my current password, but it says my password is incorrect. I mean, I just logged in with that exact password, so that's a lie.

I changed my email address in my IK Multimedia account, but it no longer changes it for the forums like it once did.

What do I do? Where do I go? Show me the yellow brick road.
