Having this same exact issue myself. I followed all the steps from the control panel, to registry editor, deleting the folders, restarting my laptop multiple times and the loop persists when I try to download the latest version. It downloads 1.3.9

It won't take days, if they see many reports in the ticketing system on top of what they've been made aware of the devs/IT will fix this.

I have the same problem... I can't use my tonex app now because it says it needs authorization and I just can't install the dang new Product Manager, it keeps installing in a perpetual loop.
IK MULTIMEDIA PLEASE FIX IT!!!

Same here on 1.1.6. have raised support ticket, tried full uninstall with removing via control panel, removing registry keys mentioned, removing folders mentioned, restarting, still same.

Nothing more I can do, just waiting on response now. I've spent too many hours on it already today!

Same problem. Tried all recommended uninstall steps. Did not work. Mac Mini M4.

Still not working, on M3 MacOS 15.1.1.

Followed IK Multimedia's uninstallation steps for MacOS but the original issue is still occurring.

Same here,, I uninstalled on my Mac 15.1.1, and also on top of that used a third party uninstaller that cleans up anything that is left behind. I installed again,, same problem.

I've done exactly what is indicated in this link, but it doesn't work neither for me.

Awesome, yep I just went to open it, was still left installed from my last attempt, and now it loads without trying going into update loop! All working again :)
