Yup, having the same issue in Sequoia 15.1.1 on a Mac Mini M4. Full uninstall does NOT fix the issue.

I’m sorry to hear that. Send them emails, too (if you haven’t already). Don’t just post on the forum, we gotta ring their bell! They have to fix this and they have to know it’s not just a single-customer issue :x

Okay, yeah, glad it's not just me. I can't install the product at all. Windows 11 here. Very annoying.

Same issue over here on Windows 10. For someone trying out ToneX, this is really not a good first impression. I'm already considering getting my money back. If this is an issue with not one but TWO versions of your software that's already on pretty high demand, then you gotta talk to your dev team because this is unacceptable. If they don't roll out a new update with a fix to this issue in the near future I'm getting my money back on this thing and I'm not looking back, which is a shame because I've heard some really good things about ToneX.

@Peter doesn´t work either .....really not !


The steps suggested above does not work .. please provide the correct steps to fix this problem. I've never seen a software has this kind of silly problem.

Same here 1.1.6 version, just bought total studio max 4 and cant install it, great work IK keep it up! ps: tried everything - no luck.

Same here, got the Total Studio Max 4, installed half of the stuff, on my next launch of product manager - install loop with outdated message...total uninstall instructions provieded above doesn't fix it, it just doesn't work at the moment, hopefully fix will be provided soon.

Same problem here with Mac OS. Tried to uninstall/doing fresh installation but still not working.

This has been fixed. You can re-download IK Product Manager 1.1.6 from the website and install, no update loop.

I came home today after letting it sit all week and tried starting the Product Manager app again and IT WORKED!, I changed nothing so I can only assume that IK fixed the trouble on their end if so Thank You.
now I can move on.
