After a few months of not using my Tonex pedal, I turned on Tone.net to load some new captures, but it is not recognizing my Tonex One pedal. I disconnected, upgraded to the current version (1.7.6) following the steps listed on a previous thread. That didn't change anything, so I tried Recovery, but that didn't work either. I'd really like to use this pedal. but I am frustrated and, as a musician, I'd prefer to be working on music rather than spending my whole day going down a rabbit hole trying to fix this problem.
Any advice?
