ordered Scarlett i2i Focusrite. Before it comes can I download the free AmpliTube or is there anything I need to have from the hardware I ordered? Also is it Custom Shop 5 that I need to download or AmpliTube, or both.?

If you want to use the demo version of Amplitube 5 just install it using the IK Product Manager.
Amplitube 5 CS is the software you want to install. No extra IK Multimedia hardware is necessary to use Amplitube 5 CS.
