Localhost Connection Issue with iK Multime

Hello everyone,

I have a problem attempting to work with [specific iK Multimedia software] as my local connection (127.0.0.1:62893) seems to be unreachable. I’m not sure if this is because of a misconfiguration on my side or rather something that has to do with the software itself. Has anyone encountered this issue or have tips that may help to establish good communication to localhost for the iK Multimedia tools?

More so, I am interested in whether there is any information regarding the use of this configuration on [your operating system]. Any suggestions would be helpful!

IK software shouldn't need to route any network requests to localhost. This is something you should report to IK Support directly so they can assist you with your issue via https://www.ikmultimedia.com/contact-support/sw

Locking only because there have been multiple zero-day old accounts providing incorrect and frankly dangerous advice about network settings and such (not anything wrong from OP). We cannot have information that may negatively affect our customers' systems spread on the forum. IK Support will be able to assist though. Thank you.
