I have an iRig Pro Quattro I/O which I'm connecting to a Motorola Razr 50 Ultra, with the latest Android 14, but I'm getting no sound at all. I can play videos back on the cellphone and the audio will come out of the iRig, but when I'm recording a video, the video is completely muted. The USB debugging developer option is turned off, and I tried 3 different apps to see if it was the phone's camera app, but no success. I already updated all drivers I could for the iRig on my Windows machine, my Macbook, but such option is not available on my Motorola. What can be done to fix this?
