How long it takes for IK to respond a submitted ticket?

Hi,
I submitted a ticket a week ago and beyond the automatic response that my ticket will be addressed shortly, nothing came. I even asked an update through the ticket number, but no response. Any advice? Thanks. Istvan Karsai
