Why my midi keyboard doesn´t work in live mode sampletank

I'm using sampletank in my ipad and my midi keyboard it only works in song mode. When i open the live mode it doesn't respond any key.

Hi guys, have you resolved the issue? Seems I have the same problem after upgrading my iPad to iOS 18 - cannot control ST using external keyboard while ST's built-in keyboard works fine.

I have the same problem. After updating to iPadOS 18, external MIDI controllers stopped working. It doesn’t work even with the iRig Keys I/O 49.

Any solutions to midi keyboard not working with sampletank when using ipad with ios 18? I've contacted IK tech support and they can't help me (yet).

I have exactly the same problem since I updated to iPadOS18, it also does not receive midi notes from Cubasis 3 in a midi track, but….yesterday I updated Cubasis to the new v3.7, I immediately tried in Cubasis on my iPad Air 4 and 13” iPad Air M2and it worked on both of them, I closed Cubasis on both iPads and SampleTank stopped working! All the right midi channels are set as, I would also be grateful for any help.
