ToneX Software missing features

Reinstalled the software and now I seem to have a less features.

I am running 1.7.5, I feel like there was ToneX CS, ToneX and ToneX Max. Now it looks like there is only CS and Max.

I used to have access to the capture tab now it says my version doesn't have it.
I was able to import a bunch of captures and tone models previously now it says I have reached my limit.

Hi, in the top right corner of tonex app go to the 3 horizontal lines and click the Account tab then choose Restore Purchases

I have done that. My purchases are there but I seem to be missing other functionality.
I have tons of presets purchased from Big Hairy Guitars that I can no longer import because of a limit that was not there originally.

Did I have some type of trial when I first installed?
This whole ecosystem is overly complex.

Even the website now shows just CS and Max but there are a few spots where a 3rd version is listed but with dead links.

I feel like there was CS (free), a version with more features and models that cam with tonex one and then Max with full tonex. Now the website copy says One come with CS.

in ik manager what does it say you have? tonex CS, Tonex or Tonex max?

I use a password manager and only have one IK login. I did deactivate and remove the Tonex one from my account to sell then wanted to try something else and reinstalled. This is when the problem seems to have started. The pedal is now back in my account under hardware but the standard tonex software not CS / Max is nowhere to be found.

SO when I removed this from my account it also removed the Tonex and AmpliTube software and when I re-registered the pedal it only put the pedal back on my account.

I found two more serial numbers in an email that was sent that added back AmpliTube and the tonex with more features.

This is very confusing. But I seem to be all set now.

I just got the ToneX One and the restore purchases just spins and spins on a new MacBook Pro!? I wonder if it's the software or something else?

Also just bought the ODS pack and very interested in hearing these and the stompbox collection they threw in for free. If you get the bigger ToneX you get the Dumble sounds free!

Did you by chance choose to install for all users or just yourself.
I had a similar issue and had to uninstall and reinstall for all users.
Also if you are syncing your
Documents and desktop to iCloud this can cause some issues.

I did an uninstall of the application and a few other things. I believe what it was is in the application there's a "Clear Cache". Once selected I got a "Getting Collections Data" message and it started downloading! Now to noodle around with this. Thanks for helping!
