Tonex Pedal and software unable to use

I had purchased tonex pedal.
I read all available manuals while waiting for delivery.
I received, plugged into MacBook, downloaded PM,

can't find Tonex Pedal, PM manager installed is just taking up space, can't find librarian...
ive done everything like, restart, uninstall, install, new connection cable..

I get nothing. I can use tonex on my board and that is it. I need to configure in computer.

I would suggest you open at ticket with IK Support via https://www.ikmultimedia.com/contact-support/hw . They can help you get going with your Tonex Pedal.
