Hey everyone,
I think I'm running into a technical issue with Amplitube 5. Take a listen:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UT2udkPb_RMThis the default preset of the software, yet it sounds horribly distorted. Is there some technical issue or is this just how Amplitube 5 sounds like?
Using other presets sounds similarily bad.
Thank you in advance!
Deniz
PS: I followed the official "How to set up Windows 10"-guide provided by IK Multimedia.
PPS: This is the DI track used in the video, in case someone would try it in their own copy of Amplitube:

I find you have to record with the input of your interface basically all the way down.
I know this sounds unorthodox, but trust me, amp sims will sound WAY better.
Took me way too long to figure this out.
I downloaded your track and loaded it into my DAW with the default Amplitube setting. Then, I used clip gain and turned the DI down -4.5db. Sounds way better that way. I think it's how it should sound.
It's mind bending that this info isn't more readily available, hot tracks really sell the amp sims short.
