I rig stream canceling wifi signal

I purchased an Irig stream yesterday and was planning to level up my live. Unfortunately the very opposite has happened. Whenever I go live and connect the Rig it kills my network feed. If i unplug it from my i phone 13 the signal comes back and works fine. As soon as I plug in it’s lost again. It’s been very frustrating there is nothing online please someone help or I’m taking this thing back to guitar center.
