I accidentally deleted a premium tone model

I accidentally deleted a premium tone model, DZtruction! and i cant restore by any mean.

I have already tried restoring purchases and also deleting and reinstalling Tonex and nothing.

Any suggestions?

Ah that is a preset, a reinstall should normally take care of that from what I was told but seems something went wrong in your case. Did you also un-authorize and then re-authorize TONEX software in IK Product Manager after you reinstalled?

If that doesn't work I would suggest reaching out to IK Support who can help you directly and take care of restoring that preset for you.
