How to download presets to tonexone using iOS app

I don’t get how I download to TONEX one using my TONEX app?

Why when plugged into my iPad to I get sudden loud static hisses?

I downloaded the free software but only gave access to a few downloads?

The TONEX iOS app is not a librarian for the TONEX ONE or TONEX Pedal. You'd need to use the Mac/PC version.
