Scarlett interface not working with ToneX App

I have a Scarlett Solo interface. It won't work with ToneX. I can't hear the amps, just my clean guitar tone then the monitors. It's impossible to edit presets this way. Works fine on Amplitube.

The audio settings read as follows on ToneX app:
Technology: ASIO
Input Device: Input 1
Output Device: Focusrite USB ASIO
Left Monitor: Output 1
Right Monitor: Output 2

I'm at a loss.

I have the same issue. iPad Pro using a Scarlett Solo gen 4. In the ToneX settings, it only gives me the option for iOS Sound, the Solo doesn't show in the list at all.

The Solo is working because I can hear a clean guitar and it changes sound if I open Tonebridge and select a pedal, so it's obviously being seen by iOS, just not ToneX for whatever reason.
