Hello, I am a new Tonex user. I have downloaded and installed IK manager on my macOS High Sierra, I have accessed my IK account but when trying to open the IK product manager application, this message appears
"No Internet Connection Warning
Without an active internet connection:
- Your active subscriptions may not work properly.
- Ensure you reconnect within 72 hours. Failure to do so will render the subscription products non-functional.
- Any ongoing downloads will be interrupted."
My connection works perfectly, I have deleted the browsing history, the cookies, I have restarted the Mac... but the problem continues...
any help please? Not a good start...
