ToneX does not sound tone downloaded

I search some tones from ToneNet but I got some problem:
audio demo does not sound
and it does not sound even on my guitar thorugh ToneX Pedal.
I have to transfer into one bank of the pedal and then it sounds. But in this way I can not have a preview of the sound.
When I connected the iRig it sound demo and even as soos as load the tone model.
Is there something wrong with my Pedal setup ??

Just switch from Live to Interface Operational setting menu of the pedal.

Even if with some ToneX parts, it seems to sound both together. I mean Pedal bank and tone sound from software. Or not correct with the tone selected into software.
