Hello everyone, new user here.
Yesterday i purchased Amplitube 5 Max, as i wanted to try something different to Guitar Rig which i have been using for years.
I have downloaded the product manager, registered and authorised the product, and i clicked on ‘install’ on in the product manager, but after the first 3 hours there was zero progress.
So i closed down the project manager and re-booted it and tried again, this time i left it all evening and overnight (a total of 15 hours) and still no progress.
It says ‘downloading’ and ‘411339 hrs left’
I have got enough memory on my laptop and a good internet connection, can anyone help me out?
I created a support ticket yesterday but yet to hear anything back.
