Need some help deciding Aplitube for iPad/iPhone

Having hard time figuring the pricing out. I bought the iRig HD X and it is very cool but want to add some more features. Which All-In-Bundle am I supposed to get? The 2021 $149.00 and 2022 $99.00 bundles seem to say the same thing, do they both have the same thing and one is cheaper.

Most recent year All-In bundle will have all of the gear, the others have gear up to and included the year mentioned in the bundle name.
