My Product Manager seemed to freeze-up when I tried to install sounds. Then after awhile, it would work, but it was real slow.
On the next sound-install, it froze again, but the Windows Task manager revealed that it was actually working, only slowly.
The other busy things on the task manager were security programs. I got a lot more throughput, after making exceptions for IK's site, the Product Manager exe, and my main sounds-folder.
