Other users may chip in with suggestions.

Meanwhile, as this is not a company Support forum, the best thing to do is contact Technical Support via the IKM web site, for some one to one diagnosis and help. Search the FAQs first, as there may be relevant results. After that, you should see a [Contact Support] button at the bottom of the page, linking you to the Support form.

You would need to let them know the suggestions didn't work. The users, moderators, nor admins can fix your issue in this case. The IK Support team will continue to assist you if you reply to your ticket.

Your device is probably already up to date. Here is the reply from the IK Multimedia Support:

Please note, the iRig Keys I/O Firmware was released quite some time ago, and your unit might already include the latest update. To check to see if you are on the latest Firmware, please proceed with the steps below.

Press the ALT (Alternate Function) button on the iRig Keys I/O
Press Preset button and select RCL (Recall) with the DATA knob
Using the Data knob one more time, check for a preset at F06 (Factory Preset 6)
If you see this Factory Preset 6, then you are fully updated and ready to make music
