Please update IK Product Manager before purchasing

I'm getting the message "Please update IK Product Manager before purchasing" when I try to purchase the Fender '65 Twin Reverb amp within AmpliTube 5. I tried re-installing Product Manager and Amplitube 5 and even tried installing both on a different computer and got the same message. Any ideas?

If you are updating IK Product Manager when prompted while opening IK Product Manager, please try to update using the direct download at https://www.ikmultimedia.com/products/productmanager

If that doesn't resolve your issue please contact IK Support directly and they will assist you.

I have updated to the 1.1.0 version when prompted by the IK Product Manager. The issue is that there is no more updates to complete beyond 1.1.0 and Amplitube 5 will not allow purchases to be made. There are no further prompts from the IK Product Manager to upgrade beyond the 1.1.0 version that I was initially requested to upgrade. The IK Product Manager website only offers version 1.1.0 which does not seem to be working properly with Amplitube 5, as Amplitube 5 continues to request that the IK Product Manager be updated despite it already being the current version. All attempts to reinstall have failed to fixed to the issue. I have contacted support but have received no reply yet.

I have the same issue on macOS, I bought Amplitube 5 but I have the same error so it's like I have the free version

Same issue here. It appears that the latest IKPM update broke the try and the buy buttons in Amplitube5. Breaking the buy button usually gets management's attention ;) Hopefully it will get fixed soon.

I heard back from tech support. They suggested uninstalling and reinstalling Product Manger. See the text below. I did not have a IK Product Manager folder below documents, but that may vary a little bit depending on Windows version. I reinstalled IK Product Manager and then reinstalled Amplitube through Product Manager. The Try button is working now but the Buy still broken.

I uninstalled IK Product Manager v1.1 and reinstalled v1.0 and both buttons work, so there appears to be a lingering issue with the buy button. All this button does is hyperlink to a shopping cart with the product added, so you could just do this the long way by going through the website. [mod redacted - unnecessary]

Do the window control panel UNinstall of IK Product Manager

Go to Documents > IK Multimedia > delete the IK Product Manager manager

C > Users > Name > Appdata > Roaming > IK Multimedia > Delete the IK Product Manager folder
*You will need to enable "Show Hidden Files/Folders" in the File Explorer "View" tab to see the Appdata folders.

Download and reinstall and retry it

Same problem here. Ist is possible to buy the gear for amplitube 5 any other way? Trial mode works, but not able to buy afterwards!
