SampleTank 4 Max installing for 12+ hours

Hi,

Has anyone had an issue with ST4 Max taking a long time to install via IK Product Manager? After waiting hours to download 183GB the Product Manager is still "installing" after 12 hours.

Troubleshooting;

- Disabled Anti Virus
- Restarted Product Manager
- Rebooted

Does anyone know how I can resolve this please?

MBP 14-inch 2021
Apple M1 Pro
32GB
2TB SSD
IK Product Manager - latest version

The sounds still have not installed. Contacted support but would appreciate any suggestions while I wait for their reply.
