Keyboard not seen

I switched Studio Grand keyboard out for a Komplete but am having an issue with Sampletank 4 MAX. When I start ST4 and prior to loading an instrument, The virtual keyboard on screen reacts to the keyboard however, when I load an instrument, the virtual keyboard on screen does not react to the keyboard

Its not the keyboard because Hammond, Syntronik, Sampletron and Pianoverse all work fine.

I reinstalled Sampletank to no avail.

I have not uninstalled it and reinstalled it. Would that help?

What MIDI channel is the Komplete keyboard transmitting on and what MIDI channel is the part in Sampletank set to receive on. Of course, they must match.
