Cheapest way for Tonex Pedal + Tonex MAX + Amplitube MAX V2

I'm planning on buying the Tonex Pedal, which I know it includes Tonex Max and Amplitube 5 (Not MAX).

How much would I need to pay to also upgrade to Amplitube 5 MAX V2? (Considering it is now $99) Or is there a cheapest or (legal) trick/way to get those 3 things?

Hi Pete!, thanks for your answer and suggestion. I've ordered the Tonex pedal , will register it as soon as it arrives and then use the JamPoints you mentioned for AmpliTube 5 MAX V2.
