Help: Miro2 Orchestral Percussions Locked

Issue : Orchestral Percussions is Locked in Miroslav Philharmonic 2

I have Total Studio 3.5 Max, which includes Orchestral Percussions and Miroslav Philharmonic 2.
All my Sound Library paths are correctly pointing at the advised IK FAQ library paths.
I have reinstalled current and previous versions of Miro2.
I spent a whole working day to manually re-install all my sound content by unzipping, manually installing and double checking all files.

It's still locked.
What should I do?

Any IK Multimedia team here? Product Specialists? Community managers?

I have knocked on all doors officially and here, no resolution.
It's been 50+ days.
I work independently and I depend on it.

I have exactly the same problem. Orchestral percussion are locked.

Same problem here with Total Studio 4 Max (TS4Max).
The Orchestral Percussions page states that it's included in TS4Max, but there is nothing in the IK Product Manager that would hint it's there.

Is there any resolution to this issue, please?

Just want to correct myself w.r.t. the product manager - In the sound samples, they are installable and I do have them installed, yet, "Miroslav Philharmonik 2" shows the Orchestral Percussions in the INST tab as locked.

Can you please advise what I am missing?
