ST3 samples not installing to ST4

Morning. I have a MacBook Pro M1 running Monterey 12.7

I've recently been installing samples that I bought in a group buy a while back through Product Manager. The installer for the following sample packs unexpectedly quits, but the Product Manager says they've been installed correctly:

American Acoustic
Art Deco Piano
Future Synths
Hugh Padgham Drums
London Grooves
Terry Bozzio Drums

Is there a resolution to this issue or a workaround of some description?

Meanwhile, as this is not a company Support forum, the best thing to do is contact Technical Support via the IKM web site, for some one to one diagnosis and help.
