ARC 3 boosting bass

Hi.
I've measured my room a number of times, and regardless of what I do ARC 3 seem to want to boost or not really correct the frequencies around 30-50Hz. (see image)
Is this common?
What would be the best approach? Should I try to edit and eq down that area manually?
