SampleTank4 Custom shop: installation error

IK Mutimedia product Manager > Software > SampleTank 4. It doesn't come with any instruments right? I mean, I don't see any preloaded for instant play.

The instruments are here:

So the I go back to IK Mutimedia product Manager > Software > Custom Shop. I presume that's where the 4 GB of samples and 50 sounds are?

So I click install like all other products - they are all fine! It's for this 4 GB I keep getting:
"
Unable to execute file: [path\cs2_inst.exe]
CreateProcess failed: code 2.
The system cannot find the file specified.
"

Is this sample pack discontinued? I'm using Win10. Is that a problem? What's the problem that I'm getting during installation btw??

Not quite - it can get a bit confusing.

From IK Multimedia Product Manager > Software > SampleTank 4, the software only is installed, no instruments. For those you should go to IK Multimedia Product Manager > Sounds > SampleTank 4. All the sounds ;libraries should be listed there and available for download / installation.

Make sure that you Register your Serial numbers first, though.

As for the Custom Shop cs2.inst error, others have run into that. Try Searching the forum or contact Technical Support.
