ARC 3 Test withoout chair?

I see this has been asked a couple of times but never answered. So I'll give it another shot. It says "Do not stand or sit next to the microphone while the analysis are running" on page 32 of the manual.
So the question is, should I leave my chair there or move it completely out of the path of the speakers?

OK for any future people that may ask this question and find this post, it didn't make much difference between chair in and chair out.

After doing a bunch of testing with REW. Removing the chair gives some high end roll off.
I have a long room. With the chair I get a much flatter high end response. Weird.
It starts to roll off at about 5 to 6k.
I would think ARC would compensate for this quite easily but for now I'm leaving the chair directly behind the mic stand, because its there when I mix and it's giving me a much flatter frequency response.
