I purchased a Tonex pedal earlier and registered my product on the IK Multimedia Product Manager as instructed. I also received a confirmation email that my registration was successful. However, a few days later, I found that I could not locate my registration information on the IK Multimedia Product Manager and could not connect my Tonex pedal to my computer to edit my tones. When I tried to register again, the IK Multimedia Product Manager indicated that my serial number could not be registered. I sent an email to the IK Multimedia Support Team, and they provided me with a ticket number, but it seems that no one has followed up with me. I wanted to ask if anyone else has encountered the same issue or if there is any way for me to receive some support.

Hi I am having the same problem. [mod edit: redacted, unnecessary]
Basically I can't get to the landing page after downloading the IK Product manager. i get caught in a loop that brings me back to signing in and I can't change my password. Crazy.
