Purchasing a TONEX PEDAL: Questions

Hello if I purchased the TONEX, how would I use it with my current EVH head and 2x12 cabinet?

If I wanted to use the IR/Speaker cabs in the TONEX unit, would I have to purchase one of a power speaker, FRFR speaker, of PC monitors?

Basically, I want to know what options I have using this pedal to create an “amp in the room” scenario.

1) You could disable the CAB section of Tonex and run the Tonex output into the power amp of your 5150.

2) If you wish to use the CABs from Tonex, then you would need a set of studio monitors or, as you said, FRFR or PA. This setup would give the best result with the onboard reverb of Tonex.

3) You could use the Tonex pedal captures into the input of your 5150.
