Yet again my password won't work after a few weeks!

My IK account works fine for everything except what I actually need ha ha. All of a sudden I cant use my password to get the tonex software update for my Tonex Pedal and Tonex Maxx. Bor can I enter Tone.net (still connects for the software where I can upload and download user and IK profiles but can't get ANY software updates. I also own tons of licenses for Other IK stuff )T-Racks5 SYntronic Studio Bundle-5 and so on
