I am trying to install sampletank update but it freezes.

When I go to IK Multimedia Product manager and try to update sample tank 4 it doesn't crash or overload my pc or anything it just locks the screen to where I can't scroll or click anything anymore and I just have to restart to even do anything. is their anyone else with this issue

Same here - but T-Racks 5 can not be updated. Changed the folder, but nothing changed.
