logout of IK Product Manager and back in worked for me as well. Thanks all for suggesting

Logout and back in at the Product Manager fixed it also for me.

I had the same issue and finally found the solution:
1. Download and install ik multimedia product manager
2. Log into your account
3. Open amplitube (Or close and reopen if it was already opened)
And it should work
Side note: I don't know if it helps or not but log into your account both on ik multimedia and tone.net websites as i was logged in when i tried this solution

That didn't work for me. What ended up getting it working was when I upgraded to the Ventura Mac OS, at some point during the upgrade it said Tonenet in GarageBand was asking for upgraded privileges (or something like that) and asked if I approved of this. I said yes and lo and behold Tonenet has worked in GarageBand ever since. I wish IK Multimedia would fix this in their own software, I'm sure there's a check they could put in on installation/re-installation of their products to ask for the upgraded privileges.
