Bought Tonex pedal but no Tonex software in my user area

You would think the software would be loaded in your user area directly after purchase of the hardware pedal, but 12 hrs later nothing. Am i missing something?

I think that you need to Register the hardware (or a serial number included in the box) to get the software.

Other users may chip in with suggestions.

Meanwhile, as this is not a company Support forum, the best thing to do is contact Sales / Order Support via the IKM web site, who can look at your User Account and see what's going on.. Search the FAQs first, as there may be relevant results. After that, you should see a [Contact Support] button at the bottom of the page, linking you to the Support form.

Thank you as always. as well as what you do for all others. All im saying is that you would *think* a sale would generate a serial number. Its pretty simple and it works for everyone else. This "software when the pedal arrives" Its an old way of doing things and a bit lacking IMO. I will live thru it.
