Upgrade to MAX

Hello, I purchased the Base Amplitube 5 for $49 to test it out. I want to upgrade to the Max version. Do I have to pay $399 or just the difference?

To check out the price for you, go to your User Area on the IKM web site and select the Crossgrades/Upgrades section. All the ones available to you will be listed there.

I did that, nothing listed. Kinda **** that they would not allow you to upgrade from one to the other. I have to purchase the Max separately. Not great customer service IMO

Meanwhile, as this is not a company Support forum, the best thing to do is contact Sales / Order Support via the IKM web site, for some one to one diagnosis and help. Search the FAQs first, as there may be relevant results. After that, you should see a [Contact Support] button at the bottom of the page, linking you to the Support form.

IK Support can assist you. If every version upgrade was represented on the site it would be a LOT of SKUs from what I'm told. But IK Support will assist you with your request if you contact them.
