I downloaded ARC 3.1.0 upgrade but got "installer can't locate data..." error msg. Also downloaded sample tank 4 upgrade with same results. Product Manager (v 1.0.4) displays software is installed, authorized and has 9 authorizations left. I recently installed a new, bigger HD and had software migration. ARC appears to function correctly. sample tank and Miroslav 2 will load, but will not work by kybd MIDI commands. Pls advise asap. Thx!
