ToneNet: cannot access via Garageband but Standalone ok

My Issue
------------

Cannot access ToneNET (Amplitube 5) in Garageband 10.4.7. I have a ToneNET account.

I can access ToneNet in the AT5 standalone and when using in Logic Pro X 10.7.6 with no problems just not via Garageband.

When I try clicking ToneNET in Garageband I get ‘Please verify that you have created a valid ToneNET account’. I do not have this issue in Standalone of Logic Pro.

I am running Mac OS Monterey.

What I have tried

I have tried the following for the Amplitube 5 cases. Substituting ‘com.apple.garageband10 ‘ folder with ‘Garageband’ as I am on Monterey.

Neither of these worked. I still cannot access ToneNET via Garageband.
