Amplitube 5 not recognizing buyed collections

Hi,

I've installed Amplitube 5, but my different collections buyed (Fender, Ampeg 1 et 2...) are not recognized. I have an intermittent noise with the preset.

Many times, I clicked on "Restore my purchases" on Custom Shop, without effect.

What is the solution ?
